bayview is a hidden gem! the junior suite with ocean view was breathtaking. it was so quiet and peaceful, watching kids play at the mini harbour. the staff were incredibly welcoming, and they helped me with my car trouble. the location is perfect for exploring the coast!

i wish there were more coffee pods in the room.

Spacious rooms with a fantastic water view, really makes a difference. The Nespresso machine rather than the usual kettle was a pleasant surprise.

The limited number of plug outlets forced me to unplug some devices just to charge a phone and laptop. Bathroom towels appeared worn. Breakfast options fell short, as the Ulster Fry arrived lukewarm and dry. A lack of light snack options in the evening left me wanting something simple after a day out.

The classic double room had a fabulous view of the bay. I loved the coffee machine and Nespresso pods for a morning boost. The bathroom was stocked with free toiletries and gave a spa-like feel. Breakfast was tasty with options like salmon benedict and fresh fruit. Staff were super accommodating, always ready to help out.

Our stay at the Bayview Hotel was an absolute delight! The room was spacious with incredible ocean views that made every morning special. We loved the cozy seating area, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the staff truly went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, a lovely bar area, and 24-hour security. On my first stay, the staff helped with currency tips, which I still appreciate. I’m definitely coming back for a holiday!

Family with children will love it

I spent a night with my family in a Classic Double or Twin Room. The included breakfast was very generous, heaps of fruit and pastries, and I could see my kids enjoying every bit of it, not to mention that we had a spectacular view of the bay from our room. The staff were friendly and made us feel at home from the moment we walked in, taking our luggage right away like it was no big deal.

It wasn't inexpensive, but for what we got, it felt acceptable.

My partner had to make do with limited choices, which didn’t match the overall quality of the meals. the shower didn't drain well, causing some inconvenience.

What a fantastic stay! The chicken wings were a highlight, and the pie of the day was simply delicious! Both dinner and breakfast truly exceeded my expectations.
